In the latest example of the irrational fear of religion from California, a school counselor has been suspended after taking four teenaged girls on an outing where they happened to hear a Christian music group performing. Read the story here.

What's so poisonous about religious music that school children must be protected from it? I don't have much to say about it other than reminding everyone that we need to stay vigilant about our liberties. What was this counselor supposed to do? Call the beach and make sure there were not going to be any religious people of any kind hanging around ministering to people in public?

Oohh! Christian contamination! Can't have that.
