My most anticipated day.

I've never read any of the Harry Potter books, but I think I'm going to have to start.

Last night marked the launch of the seventh and last H.P. book, and I was blessed to perform in Midland for over two hours, to the delight of the assembled fans -- of Potter, not me.

This was the most fun I've had since performing in the recital theater at SVSU. Aside fromt the four-year-old little girl I knocked in the head during my Linking Rings performance -- she had wandered onto the stage at the moment I turned to display the rings to people on the right -- I saw mose people having a good time. The little one forgave me quickly; I didn't smash her very badly. She came right up to me for a hug when I penitently invited her over, and I used her in my picture-matching trick next.

The staff at the store was excellent, cheerfully helping me bring my things in and out. Yeah, I didn't get a lot of sleep, but I will treasure this experience for a long time.
